My file is taking too long to load. What can I do?

If you notice that your document upload is taking way too long, we recommend that you refresh your page, wait a few minutes and try to upload your documents again.

If the issue persists, write us at support@briink.com or get in touch with a person via Intercom. There might be different reasons that cause your files not to load properly, and we need to address the underlying issue on a case-by-case basis. We'll try to assist you as soon as we can!
