The pay-as-you-go system in Briink allows you to still use additional credits when you exceed your workspace’s available balance (credits you already purchased as part of your base plan fee or by adding new workspace members).
This means that when running assessments that require more credits than you currently have as part of your shared credit pool, you will be able to keep using Briink and your account will be charged for the extra credits you used at the end of the billing cycle.
This ensures your projects can continue without interruption, even if you run out of credits.
Each Briink plan has a maximum credit limit that you can use on a pay-as-you-go basis. After reaching this limit, you’ll need to upgrade to a higher plan to continue using credits.
This feature provides flexibility and allows you only pay for the credits you need, before prompting you to upgrade a higher-tier plan.
Disable pay-as-you-go:
While pay-as-you-go is enabled by default when subscribing to a Teams plan, if needed, this mechanism can be turned off if needed to better control your spending on credits and avoid automatic charges.
If you would like to disable pay-as-you-go, simply toggle off "pay as you go" on the Billing page.
Please note: Only Workspace Owners and Billing Admins can perform this action.
If you are still below your monthly credit limit, disabling Pay-as-you-go will not have any consequences for you. If you are above it, usage of Briink features for your whole workspace might be blocked. When in doubt, please reach out to our team via Intercom or by emailing us at support@briink.com.
