What's Our Wired Speed Guarantee?
Download speed: At least 430 Mb/s
Upload speed: At least 100 Mb/s
These speeds represent the minimum you'll consistently receive from our core network straight to the eero router we provide.
What Happens if Speeds Fall Below Guarantee?
If you notice your broadband speeds dropping below our guaranteed levels, let us know immediately. We'll jump into action and do everything possible to sort it within 30 days.
If we can't resolve the issue within this timeframe, you'll have the option to cancel your contract without penalty, and we'll refund your monthly fee for that period—no fuss!
Why WiFi Speeds Aren’t Guaranteed
While we can promise the speeds delivered directly to your router, WiFi speeds can vary and depend on several factors outside our control:
Distance from your router
Device specifications
Placement of the router
Building materials like walls or floors
