We know you rely on Brillband for work, play and everything in between. If your service is down for over 24 hours after activation, we’ll automatically credit you a pro-rated daily refund—no forms or hoops to jump through.
How We Calculate Your Refund
Daily Rate = Your monthly fee ÷ 30
Example: On a £38/month plan:
£38 ÷ 30 days = £1.27 per day
If you’re offline for 3 days, that’s a £3.81 credit straight back to you.
