Start Date & Time Slot for Your New Address
The date you’d like your broadband to go live at the new property.
Pick either AM (8 am–1 pm) or PM (1 pm–6 pm) for our engineer’s visit.
What If Your New Place Isn’t Serviceable?
No problem—just send us that same proof-of-residence document and we’ll cancel your contract with no exit fees or fuss.
