1. Download the eero App
You’ll use this to configure your router and manage your whole home network. Install it now so you can hit the ground running:
2. Power Up & Position
Power Sockets: You’ll need two free sockets—one for the ONT (black box) installed by CityFibre, and one for your Eero router.
Location Tip: Pick a central, elevated spot away from thick walls for the best Wi-Fi coverage.
