How to Enable & Manage
Open the eero App
Ensure you’re on the Home tab and have the latest app version:
Settings → Troubleshooting → About
Turn On Internet Backup
Tap Internet at the bottom.
Select eero Internet Backup.
Toggle On.
Add Your Backup Network
Tap Add a Network.
Choose your mobile hotspot or secondary Wi-Fi from the list.
Enter its password and save.

• Confirm your backup network’s SSID and password are correct.
