Troubleshooting Your ONT (Optical Network Terminal)
Your ONTāthe little box on your wallāturns CityFibre or Openreach fibre into the blazing-fast Brillband connection. Different partners use different models, but the basics are the same: solid green LEDs mean youāre good to go. Hereās how to keep yours in tip-top shape.
Which ONT Do You Have?
CityFibre usually fits Calix ONTs (e.g. Calix 801G/801GT) or Nokia XGS-PON units.
Check coverage at cityfibre.com/coverage.
Openreach tends to install Huawei EchoLife (e.g. HG8010H5-20) or Nokia XS-010-X-Q for XGS-PON.
Confirm availability at openreach.com/full-fibre-broadband-checker.
