Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Referral Scheme

Brillband's current referral scheme offer is outlined below, we reserve the right to change the referral scheme offer at any time.


2. Eligibility

  • This offer is only available to new customers who have been referred by a current Brillband customer, and existing customers who have referred a new customer using their unique referral code.

  • The referring customer must be an active Brillband customer at the time of referral and when the reward is issued, and must have no outstanding debt related to their contract with Brillband LTD at the point that the referral code is redeemed, and at the point that the reward is issued.

  • New customers must not have previously held a Brillband account.

3. Offer Details

Eligible customers who place an order during the Offer Period will receive:

  • £50 for the referring customer (the person who shared the referral code)

  • £50 for the new customer (the person who uses the referral code)

The total reward of £100 is shared equally between both parties. Both rewards will be issued 40 days after the new customer's service goes live, and only if the new customer completes all agreed payments on agreed dates, accruing no debt during this period.

4. How to Redeem

  • New customers must enter a valid referral code provided by an existing Brillband customer in the designated referral code field during the checkout process.

  • Orders placed without a valid referral code during checkout will not be eligible for this offer.

  • Referral codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.

  • New customers are eligible to redeem a single referral code when joining Brillband for the first time.

5. Payment of Rewards

  • Rewards will be paid to both the referring customer and the new customer approximately 40 days after the new customer's service go-live date.

  • Payment will be made using customer details held on file by Brillband LTD for each customer eligible to receive a referral reward. If Brillband LTD does not have a record of the details required to process the reward for an eligible customer, the customer will be required to provide this information to receive the payment.

  • To be eligible to receive the reward both the referring customer and the new customer must have no overdue payments owed to Brillband LTD, i.e. their account must not be in debt.

6. General Conditions

  • This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless explicitly stated by Brillband.

  • The offer is subject to availability and the new customer passing a soft credit check.

  • Brillband reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Brillband reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer if fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.

  • The offer applies only to orders placed during the offer Period.

  • Standard Brillband terms and conditions apply to all services.
