When a repeat client books another trip, there's no need to chase paperwork again. Brindlechute lets you instantly re-use documents from past trips — making it fast for you and effortless for your client.
1. Start a New Trip
For repeat clients, create a new booking if the trip is in a different calendar month than their last one. (Same-month trips can be added to an existing booking.)
Just go to the Clients tab, find the client, and start a new trip with the right date and experience type. Once saved, you're ready to manage documents.
Recommendation:
Create a new booking for each month — even for the same client. This keeps things cleaner when reviewing trips, documents, and payments later.

2. Manage the Trip
After creating the booking:
Tap into the trip and go to Manage Trip.
Scroll to the Documents section.
You’ll see a message like “Documents Incomplete.”
3. Re-Use Previous Documents
Rather than starting from scratch, you can re-use the client’s previously completed forms:
For each required item (e.g., waiver, fishing license), tap “Use Previous Document.”
Select the most recent valid version.
The form will autofill instantly.
Repeat for any remaining documents.
Once done, your client is fully cleared with zero effort on their end.
