When you sign in to the guide app, your calendar is the first thing you’ll see. At first, no trips will appear until you are connected to Outfitters—this is the only way trips are automatically assigned to you.
What Appears on Your Calendar
Once connected, your assigned trips will display automatically. Each trip includes:
Experience name
Client name
Outfitter name
Number of clients
Number of guides
Trip type (Float or Wade
Payment status (paid or unpaid)
Color-coded task status
Color meanings:
Green – All required tasks for this trip are complete.
Red – Something needs attention, such as missing guide reports or outstanding client documents.
Crossed out – The trip is completed and your guide report has been submitted.

Using Settings and Date Blocks
Tap the icon (top right) to open Settings. Here, you can manage your availability with date blocks:
Select individual days or a date range to block off your calendar.
Blocked days appear gray, so Outfitters know you’re unavailable.
Always update date blocks throughout the season to keep your schedule accurate.
