When you log into your Guide app, you’ll see four tabs at the bottom: Calendar, Trips, Payments, and Me. These tabs are your main tools for staying organized.
To connect with your Outfitter:
Tap the Me tab (bottom right).
Select Outfitters.
Here you’ll see your status:
Yellow “Pending” – an Outfitter has invited you, but you haven’t connected yet.
Green “Connected” – you’re linked and ready to go.
Important: Until you connect, no trips or payments will load into your app.
As soon as you connect to an Outfitter, your Guide app will automatically sync. Your assigned trips, schedules, and payment details will flow into the Calendar, Trips, and Payments tabs, keeping everything current without extra setup.
Note: If you don’t see an invitation you’re expecting, check with your Outfitter to confirm they’ve sent it to the email tied to your Guide account.
