Brindlechute automatically groups your trip and guide data by permit, so when it’s time to report, your usage totals are already organized.
Where to Find It
Go to Compliance Hub → Reporting in the left navigation. This is where you’ll find:
Guide reports grouped by permit
Auto-calculated usage totals
Permit-specific fees based on your configuration
This section updates as trips are completed.
Quick Access from the Permits List
Each permit row has an icon in the Actions column. Click it to jump straight to reporting data for that permit — the same view you’d reach by opening the permit and clicking View Reporting.
Generate Reports
From the Reporting screen you can generate:
Generate reports — usage data for the permit you’re currently viewing.
Generate special report — in the top right, for reports that follow a specific agency’s template.
Reports download as a CSV file. You can generate them at any time — useful for mid-season reviews or audits.
Agency Report Formats
Some permits have a built-in export format that matches the issuing agency’s own reporting layout, so the file comes out already structured the way they expect. These currently cover permits in Montana and Colorado. Permits without a built-in format export to a standard layout you can adapt.
In every case, Brindlechute prepares the file — submitting it to the agency is still done by you.
