When will I get paid? - Understanding client to outfitter payment timing

Client payments typically take 1–2 business days to land in your Brindlechute Outfitter Account after the client’s bank account is verified and the ACH payment begins processing. Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days, so payments made then will start processing on the next valid business day.

Note: If the client has not completed Stripe’s bank verification step yet, the payment may remain pending longer and the 1–2 business day payout window may not begin until verification is complete.
