Manage your bookings effectively in the Bookings Tab

See real-time booking status, payment info, and key trip details at a glance—organized and actionable from the Bookings tab.

The Bookings tab is your hub for managing every trip. You’ll see four main views to help you stay organized:

  • Draft: Any booking you create, or any trip request from a client outside your (Instant Booking window), will appear here first.

  • Confirmed: Bookings that are locked in, but may still have pending tasks or payments.

  • Settled: Everything’s wrapped—payment complete, docs done, guides reported. These are your fully closed-out trips.

  • Canceled: A full list of bookings that were canceled at any point.

Finding the Bookings tab

  • On a desktop browser: the Bookings tab appears in the left sidebar.

  • On a mobile browser (phone or tablet, including iPad): the navigation collapses to save space. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner, then select Bookings from the navigation items.

Across every view, you’ll see key details at a glance:

  • Booking Client

  • Booking Manager

  • Booking Date

  • Trip Start Date

  • Payment Status (Unpaid, Payment Failed, No Payment Needed, Deposit Paid, Balance Paid, Payment Scheduled, Overdue, Needs Payment, Needs Refund, Refunded, or Needs Reschedule)

  • Subtotal

  • Outstanding Balance

  • Payment Due Date

  • Source (Online or Offline)

Tip: To see which clients still owe money, filter Payment Status by Unpaid, Overdue, or Needs Payment and check the Outstanding Balance column. Add a Trip Date filter to focus on trips that have already taken place.

From any tab:

  • Click into a booking to view or manage details.

  • Use the Booking Manager dropdown to reassign who owns the booking.

  • Look to the right for Actions like editing, test mode, viewing related trips, and more.

Sort Your Bookings for Faster Review

You can reorder your list to quickly surface what matters most.

Just under the filters, you’ll see sortable columns including Booking Date and Trip Start Date. Each has a small arrow that allows you to toggle between ascending and descending order.

  • Booking Date
    Tap the arrow to switch between newest → oldest or oldest → newest bookings.

  • Trip Start Date
    Tap the arrow to jump between trips happening soonest and those scheduled further out.

Sorting helps you move from scanning your week ahead to reviewing older activity with a single click.
