What’s Included in the Daily Report?
The Outfitters Brindlechute Daily Report looks back at recent data in your account and flags key information so you can act quickly. It includes:
New Bookings
See all new bookings made in the past day.Trips Without Assigned Guides
Identify upcoming trips that still need a guide to be assigned.Trips Missing Guide Reports
Follow up on any trips where post-trip guide reports are still outstanding.
Note: Emails show the actual date of unassigned trips or missing guide reports, not just the first day of the trip.
This summary is designed to surface the most important items—so you don’t have to go digging.
Customizing Your Lookback Settings for Missing Guides and Guide Reports
You can easily customize how far back it searches for trips missing guides or guide reports:
Click your Outfitter logo in the top-left corner of your Brindlechute dashboard.
Select Notifications from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the Team tab.
Locate the Daily Outfitter Email section.
Click Edit Options to adjust the lookback window.
Turning It Off
If you decide you don’t need this report, you can easily turn it off:
From your dashboard, click your Outfitter name/logo in the top-left corner.
Go to Notifications.
Click the Team tab.
Scroll to Daily Outfitter Email and toggle it off.
