Executed means the payment was successfully completed and funds have been captured. The transaction is finalized.
“Executed” is a Transaction Status applied to one payment attempt. It is not the same as Payment Status, which reflects the overall amount owed or paid for the booking.
Details:
Applies to successful card, ACH, or manual payments (cash, check, Zelle).
Brindlechute automatically sends a “Booking Paid” receipt to the client.
The transaction updates the total amount paid on the booking.
A booking’s Payment Status may change after a payment is Executed, depending on the remaining balance.
