Executing is a temporary internal status that occurs while Brindlechute communicates with the payment processor (Stripe or ACH provider). Most users won’t see this state unless there’s a delay.
“Executing” is a Transaction Status, not a Payment Status. It represents a behind-the-scenes step in processing a payment attempt.
Details:
Most card transactions pass through Executing almost instantly and invisibly.
ACH payments may briefly appear in this state before moving to Expected.
If a transaction remains in Executing for more than a few minutes, it may indicate an issue — contact Brindlechute support for help.
