The Trips tab is the second tab from the left on the bottom menu (next to Calendar). It’s your hub for viewing and managing all trips.
Upcoming vs. Past Trips
At the top, switch between Upcoming and Past tabs.
Filter trips by date range for a clearer view.
The Trips tab remembers where you left off. It reopens on the tab and date range you last used, and that carries over between the Guide App and the guide web pages. If it still resets to Upcoming, update the Guide App to the latest version.
Trip Actions
Tap a trip to open details.
Clients: Add clients after a trip if you forgot to include them beforehand.
Manual trips: Tap the “+” sign in the Trips tab to log a manual trip.
Reports at a Glance
You don’t need to open a trip to know if a report is pending:
Submit Report (black) shows if you still need to complete it.
View Report (white) shows when it’s already done.
