The Payments tab (second from the right in the bottom menu) gives you a clear view of how and when you’re getting paid. It’s split into two sections: Payments by Day and Bank Transfers.
Payments by Day
This section shows a breakdown of how much you earned for each trip, including:
Trip details (date, outfitter, type)
Payment method (manual or automatic)
Payment status (Paid, Sent, Scheduled, Processing, Ready to Transfer, Pending, or Draft)
Estimated arrival date
You can also filter results by:
Created date (from–to)
Trip date (from–to)
Payment method (manual or automatic)
Payment status
Hit Apply to use filters, or Clear to reset them.
Bank Transfers
This section tracks payouts made through Stripe. For each transfer you’ll see:
Trip date and attached trip
Created date
Estimated arrival date
Amount, method, and status
This view helps you connect payments to trips and track when money will hit your bank.
