In Policies Settings, you can toggle on an extra consent checkbox for client invoices.
When enabled, a checkbox appears just below the Confirm and Pay button. Clients must check it before booking is complete. By doing so, they confirm:
Agreement to your cancellation policy, privacy policy, and terms of service
Authorization for the outfitter to charge their card for future payments
If the checkbox is turned off, the same language still displays under the Confirm and Pay button, but clients are not required to actively check a box before proceeding.
This option ensures clients clearly acknowledge your policies and payment authorization, giving both you and your clients clarity and protection.
