When adding a new client, you’ll see a checkbox for SMS Subscription. Selecting this means the client has given permission to receive texts sent via Brindlechute on your behalf.
By checking this box, you confirm:
The client has agreed to receive trip-related text messages from your business.
You are responsible for collecting and retaining proof of their consent.
Without this confirmation, SMS notifications will not be delivered.
