Guide Notes in Brindlechute make it easy for outfitters and guides to share trip-specific details in one place. These notes live at the top of each booking for outfitters and inside the Guide App for guides.
For Outfitters
Add notes directly from the booking
Use them to highlight key trip details:
Launch points or river sections
Equipment to bring (e.g. rod sizes)
Client needs like allergies or special requests
Keep guides informed without separate calls or texts
For Guides
Found in the Guide App under each trip
Located just below the Experience Info and above the task list
Displayed as “Notes from Outfitter” so guides see them at all times
Guide Notes are always tied to the booking, ensuring guides have the right information for every trip.
