Private Notes are only visible to outfitters. They sit at the top of each booking, alongside Guide Notes and Client Notes.
Use Private Notes to keep important details on record for yourself or your booking manager—things like reminders for trips booked far in advance, special client details you don’t want to forget, or related experiences worth noting.
Unlike Guide Notes or Client Notes, these stay internal and are never shared with clients or guides.
