When editing an experience, you’ll see a Documents section where you can add items such as licenses, park passes, or additional client compliancy forms. These documents ensure your trips meet the right standards and requirements.
If you click the dropdown and don’t see the document you need:
Pause and check – Outfitters cannot upload or hyperlink documents into experiences on their own.
Reach out to Brindlechute Support – Our team will either:
Confirm if the document already exists and guide you through selecting it, or
Add the needed file to your account so you can assign it properly.
All documents must be added and enabled by Brindlechute so they are tied to your Brindlechute org setup.
