Set up SMS notifications

Keep your guides and clients instantly informed with SMS notifications. Brindlechute lets you choose how each notification is delivered—by email, SMS, or both—so messages always arrive where they’re most useful.

After consent is confirmed:

  1. Click your outfitter name in the top left to open Organization settings, then select Notifications.

  2. Select either the Guide or Client tab.

  3. Under each notification, adjust the Send Via option to:

    • Email and SMS

    • Email only

    • SMS only

Once a guide is connected and subscribed, and the client is subscribed, SMS preferences apply automatically.
