How to set up:
Go to Products → Experiences.
Click the pencil icon to edit, or select + Add Experience.
In the Pricing section, choose Flat Group Price.
Use the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons to set your group size, or type it directly.
Enter the total price for that group size.
Example: A 2-person drift boat = $650 total.
Adjust “Clients per Guide” above to match your trip type (float, walk-and-wade, etc.). Warning: Choosing "per person" instead of "flat group price" can result in invoices showing excessively high balances due. This happens because the system may multiply the per-person rate by additional factors, such as the number of days or participants.
Gross Revenue per Unit
Scroll to the bottom and enter your gross revenue per unit to keep permit and reporting data accurate. Only complete this field if required by your permits or managing agencies.
