Set up sales tax in fee settings

Turn on sales tax in Fee Settings to stay compliant and automatically apply accurate tax rates to every booking.

Sales tax setup keeps your pricing compliant and transparent for clients.

How to set it up:

  1. Click your outfitter name in the top left to open Organization settings, then select Fee settings.

  2. Under Deposit Settings, find Sales Tax Settings.

  3. Toggle Sales Tax ON.

  4. Enter your default rates for Experiences and Add-Ons.

    • Use different rates if your area taxes items differently (e.g., resort tax).

  5. Click Update at the bottom to save.

Once enabled, sales tax will automatically calculate on new bookings.
