Your guide profile ensures outfitters have accurate contact info for trip details, payments, and communication.
How to Find Your Profile
Desktop Browser: Click your avatar circle at the bottom left. If your sidebar is expanded, you’ll also see your name and email.
Mobile Browser: Tap the menu (☰) in the top right to open the sidebar, then select your avatar, name, and email at the bottom.
Guide App: Tap Me in the bottom right, then tap your profile at the top.
What You Can Update
From your profile, you can:
Edit your first and last name
Add or update your phone number
Opt in to SMS notifications
Upload a profile photo using “Choose File” (web) or “Edit Avatar” (app)
Update your email address (web browser only — see below)
Updating Your Email Address
To change your email, log in to Brindlechute (https://home.brindlechute.com/g/account/login) from a desktop or mobile browser, open your profile, and click Change email next to the Email field. Email changes are not available in the Guide App.
Once you update it, the change applies across all outfitters you’re connected to.
Keeping your info up to date keeps connected outfitters up to date too, ensuring smooth trips and clear communication.
