Keep your payment flow flexible for in-person balances
If your outfitter prefers to only collect the deposit online and handle the remaining balance in person, Brindlechute can set that up for you.
To enable this setting, reach out to Brindlechute Support using the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen. We’ll configure your account so that Brindlechute only charges the deposit amount for each trip—no need to specify a percentage.
Once active:
Clients will pay the standard deposit online to confirm their trip.
The remaining balance will be paid directly to the guide at the time of the trip.
Reports will still display full trip totals for clear tracking and accounting.
This setup is ideal for outfitters who prefer in-person payment handling while keeping deposits secure and automated through Brindlechute.
