A booking can hold as many experiences as you need. What matters is whether they belong in the same trip or in separate trips.
Same Trip or Separate Trips?
Same trip — activities that belong together on one visit, on consecutive days
Separate trips — experiences on non-consecutive dates, separate visits, or anything that should appear separately on the itinerary
Add Another Experience to the Same Trip
Click + Add experience to create your first entry.
Click + Add experience again to add another experience with its own details.
To quickly reuse the same experience, click the copy icon on the experience row to duplicate it onto a new line—this copies the experience, guest count, and date fields so you can easily adjust as needed.
Add Experiences on Separate Dates
Each date needs its own trip. Choose the route that fits:
Same experience on every date — duplicate the trip. This is the faster route.
Different experiences on each date — build each trip.
Duplicate a Trip (Same Experience)
Set up the first trip with its experience, guest count, and start time
Click the copy icon on the trip header to duplicate the whole trip
Change the date on the new trip
Repeat for every additional date
Duplicating a trip copies the experience, guest count, and start time, along with the original date. Update the date on every copy.
Build Each Trip (Different Experiences)
Click + Add a trip
Inside the new trip, click + Add experience and select the experience
Set that trip's date and guest count
Repeat for every additional date
The Two Copy Icons
The copy icon on the trip header duplicates the whole trip, including its experiences
The copy icon on an experience row duplicates that single experience inside the same trip
A client booking several dates across the season gets one trip per date, all in the same booking. One booking, one invoice, and each date appears as its own trip on the calendar.
Tip: For cleaner reporting, we recommend keeping one booking per month per client.
