Monitor section use and capacity directly from the Assignment Calendar. Switch the filter to Section View to see which sections are active, who’s on the water, and how close you are to your set limits.
In this view, each row represents a section instead of a guide. The vertical list shows every section tied to your permits, with its defined capacity, replacing the guide slots. Columns show a 30-day range (15 days back, 15 days forward).
Each grid block displays client initials for the day—so you can quickly see who’s booked where. Click any block to open trip details—see which experience it’s tied to, which section the trip is on, and how that guide’s schedule looks at a glance.
This view helps you balance use across sections, prevent overbooking, and manage capacity at a glance.
