Partner presets let you store reusable details in each partner profile — a description, images and video, documents, and your included, not included, and what-to-bring lines. Any experience linked to that partner starts with this information already filled in.
How to Set Up Partner Presets
Go to Partners in the left menu.
Select Add Partner or click an existing partner and choose Edit.
Fill in any of the preset fields:
Description — the text that carries into the experience description.
Image & Video — click Add image (PNG or JPG, max 20MB) or Insert video link.
Documents — click Add document (PNG, JPG, or PDF, max 20MB). Documents are visible to clients on linked experiences.
What's Included, What's Not Included, What to Bring — click Add New Item and enter each line you want saved.
Click Save.
How Presets Apply to Experiences
When you create or edit an experience and link it to a partner:
The saved details populate into the experience automatically.
You can fine-tune everything before saving. Presets are a starting point, not a limit — remove an image, add more, edit the description, or delete any lines you don't need.
Once saved, those details belong to the experience itself, so later edits to the partner will not overwrite experiences that already exist.
Tip: Presets pay off most when you run several trips from the same partner. Fill in the profile once, and every linked experience starts from the same baseline.
