Sorting helps you quickly focus on the trips that matter. In the Bookings tab, you can reorder your list by Booking Date or Trip Start Date using the built-in sort arrows.
When you open the Bookings tab, you’ll see a large downward arrow next to
Booking Date.
Clicking this arrow switches it to an upward arrow.
Downward arrow = nearest to today first
Upward arrow = furthest from today first
This lets you move easily between ascending and descending order.
For Trip Start Date, you’ll see two small arrows (one up, one down).
Click Trip Start Date to activate sorting for that column.
Once active, it will switch to a single large arrow pointing up or down to show whether you’re viewing dates in ascending or descending order.
These visual indicators make it simple to scan upcoming trips, review older activity, or organize your bookings based on what you need to act on next.
