What You’ll See
Each debit displays its full context so you can follow the withdrawal back to its source. When you open a debit, you’ll see:
The associated client refund, if the debit funded a refund
The associated guide payout, if the debit was generated for payroll
The associated offline payment fee, collected as part of Brindlechute’s fee on offline payments
Note: Offline payment fees are now grouped into one monthly debit for offline payments, rather than appearing individually.
How Debits Are Categorized
Debits include a clear Type label so you can understand at a glance why money left your account:
Client Refund
Guide Payroll
Offline Payment Fee
Unknown debits appear for transactions created before this feature was released, when older processes grouped items together without assigning a clear type.
Available Filters
Use filters to quickly surface the debit you need:
Created Date
Executed Date
Type: Guide Payroll, Client Refund, Offline Payment Fee
Bank Guide
Status
These options help you reconcile Stripe activity with your bank and maintain clean, accurate financial records.
Why This Matters
The Account Debits tab gives you full visibility into every withdrawal from your account. Whether verifying refunds, reviewing guide payroll, or reconciling monthly fees, this view provides a clear, traceable record of each debit.
