Scheduled payments for remaining balances process at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the day they are set to run. This applies whether Mountain Standard Time or Mountain Daylight Time is in effect.
If you check a booking or the Payments tab earlier that day and do not see the charge yet, this is expected. The payment will execute later that evening at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Depending on your local time zone, this may appear earlier or later for you.
Knowing this timing helps avoid confusion and ensures you can confidently confirm when balances will be collected.
