How to Add Notes to Day Blocks
Open your Guide App and go to Calendar.
If the day is already blocked and needs a note, you’ll need to unblock and re-block it. Click here to see how to unblock a day
From your calendar. Tap the cog icon (top right).
Select a single day or a date range.
Add your note below the date selector.
Tap Add notes for selected day blocks (or the gray space below the field) to close the keyboard.
Tap Save.
How to Edit or Unblock a Day
From monthly or weekly view, tap directly on the note.
Edit the note or choose to unblock the day, then save.

Notes give outfitters clear context on why you’re unavailable, helping them plan trips without guessing or reaching out.
