How to set a deposit due date

Set how many days after the invoice a deposit is due, and when reminder emails start.

Control when deposits are due and when reminder emails begin.

How to set it

  1. Click your outfitter name in the top left to open Organization settings, then select Fee settings

  2. Open Deposit Settings

  3. Under Deposit Plan, set the deposit due date as a number of days after the invoice is sent — set it to 0 to make the deposit due the day the invoice goes out

How reminders work

Deposit reminders are based on this setting. Nothing goes out until the due date has passed.

If you set the due date to 10 days, the client has a full 10 days to pay before the first deposit reminder is sent.

This gives clients a clear payment window and helps reduce early follow-ups.
