How it works
Blocked days show as gray on your Guide App calendar. To unblock a day, open the block and remove it. The steps are the same on iPhone and Android. Use them to remove a blocked date you no longer need, or one you added by mistake.
Steps to unblock a day
Open the Guide App and tap Calendar.
In Monthly view, tap the gray blocked day. The calendar switches to Schedule view.
Tap the blocked card on that day. It shows All day (or the blocked hours), Blocked for…, and Blocked by….
On the block screen, tap Remove at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Remove again to confirm.
If you're connected to more than one outfitter
A day can have more than one block. For example, you might have one block for all outfitters and another for a single outfitter. Remove clears only the block you opened, and any other blocks on that day stay in place. If you also see Remove all, tapping it clears every block on that day, so the day opens up for all your outfitters.
If the block came from Google Calendar
Blocks synced from your Google Calendar show a Google icon on the calendar. You can remove them in the Guide App with the same steps above. Removing a synced block here also deletes the event from your Google Calendar.
You can't edit a synced block in the Guide App. To change its time or details, tap Open in Google Calendar on the block screen and edit it there. The change syncs back to the app.
Good to know
Unblocking a day makes you available for trip assignments on that date right away.
