Guides decide who can manage their calendar. If you want an outfitter to block dates for you, like time off or unavailable days, you just need to turn on a permission in your calendar settings. You can change this at any time.
How to Update Calendar Permissions
Log in to your Brindlechute Guide account.
You will land on the Calendar, which is the default view.
Click the arrow next to Add blocked days.
Select Manage Permissions.
You will see a list of all the outfitters you are connected to.
Toggle on the permission for any outfitter you want to allow to add blocked dates.
In the app view:
At the top of the calendar, click the calendar icon with the gear, then select Manage Permissions.
What Happens Next
When the permission is on, the outfitter will see the option to add blocked days to your calendar.
When the permission is off, that option will not appear on the outfitter’s side.
