When an outfitter blocks a day or range of days, those dates appear clearly as blocked in the guide’s calendar. The calendar shows which outfitter placed the block, and any note the outfitter added will be visible, explaining why the date is blocked.
Blocked days are labeled with who set them: blocks you add yourself show as set by the guide, and blocks an outfitter adds show which outfitter placed them. This makes it easy to tell at a glance who’s responsible for any blocked date.
TIP: If a day was blocked by accident, guides can easily unblock it themselves or check in with the outfitter to fix.
