When a client books a trip and selects a specific guide, Brindlechute clearly marks that trip on the guide’s side. This helps guides quickly recognize that they were personally requested by the client.
How It Appears in the Guide App
In the Guide App go to Trips
Click on Trips to view upcoming and assigned bookings.
Look for the “R” Icon
If a client specifically requested that guide during booking, an “R” icon will appear on the trip.Open the Trip Details
Click on the trip to see more information.
See the “Requested” Label at the Top
Inside the trip details, the full word “Requested” appears at the top of the page.
This clearly shows that the client asked for that specific guide.
The “R” icon in the trip list and the “Requested” label inside the booking make it simple for guides to know when they were personally chosen by a client.
