Whenever a client instant books or requests to book online, you’ll receive an email notification. You can reply directly to any of these emails to message your client right away. No extra steps needed.
How It Works
Open the online booking email you received in your inbox.
Click Reply.
Type your message.
Click Send.
Your message will go directly to the client’s email address.
You do not need to:
Copy the client’s email
Create a new email
Forward the message
It’s automatic.
A common example:
A client submits an online booking request. Before confirming, you need to ask a quick follow-up question (for example, about group size, dates, or trip details).
You can simply hit reply to the booking email and message the client directly.
Once they respond and you’re ready to confirm:
Go back into Brindlechute.
Open the booking request.
Send the invoice to officially confirm the trip.
This keeps communication quick and personal by email, while making sure the payment and booking are finalized properly inside Brindlechute.
Any time you receive an online booking email, you can simply hit Reply to talk directly with your client. Then head back into Brindlechute to send the invoice and finalize the booking the right way.
