In some cases, couples or families share one email address. If you need to create separate client profiles but don’t have a unique email for each person, you can turn off the required email setting and still allow each person to complete their own trip requirements.
Follow the steps below to set this up properly.
Step 1: Turn Off Required Client Emails
Go to Settings.
Click Client Settings.
Find “Client emails are required to be collected.”
Turn this setting off.
This allows you to create a client profile without entering an email address.
Step 2: Create Each Client Profile (No Email Needed)
Go to Clients or create the client during the booking process.
Enter the client’s name and other details.
Leave the Email field blank.
Click Save.
Create a separate profile for each family member or guest, even if they share one email.
Step 3: Add Each Client to the Trip
Go to the booking you want to edit. You can access it via Trip Calendar or Bookings.
Click View Trip.
Under the Clients section, add each client profile to the trip.
Step 4: Share Each Client’s Unique Itinerary Link
This part is important.
In the Itinerary column.
Click the View button beside each client’s name (not just one).
Each client has their own tagged link. These links are unique and tied to that specific client’s pre-trip requirements (waivers, questionnaires, etc.).
Copy the correct link for that specific client.
Share it manually.
Because each link is tracked separately, their completed requirements will be recorded under the correct client profile.
This method keeps your records clean and ensures every guest completes their own requirements—even if they all share one email. Just remember to use the correct View link beside each client so everything is tracked properly.
