When clients book a trip through your website, they will see the time options you’ve set inside the Experience Time Configuration. This helps them clearly choose between options like AM or PM half-day trips, or specific start times.
How It Works for Clients:
Client Selects an Experience
The client goes to your website and chooses a trip (for example, a Half-Day Trip).
Clicks “Book Now”
After clicking Book Now, they select their preferred date from the calendar.
Available Times Appear
Once a date is selected, the system shows the available time slots you’ve set for that experience.
For example:
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
If you’ve created AM and PM options, both will appear (as long as they’re available).
The client simply selects their preferred time slot and continues with the booking process.
Important to Know:
Clients only see the time options you’ve configured.
For a full day experience, If you allow flexible start times, clients can choose a start time within the range you set. For example, if availability is 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, they can select 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45, and so on within that window.
If you offer multiple half-day start times, each option will appear clearly for them to choose.
Once your Experience Time Configuration is set up properly, clients can confidently choose the exact time that works best for them.
