If experience color coding is turned on, the assignment calendar can show trips using the color set on each experience. This makes it easier to quickly scan guide schedules and tell trips apart without opening each booking.
View the assignment calendar by experience color
Go to the Assignment Calendar.
Open the Filters.
Under Status Color, select Experience Color.
Review the calendar to see trips displayed in the color assigned to each experience.
What this shows
Once Experience Color is selected, each trip will appear in the color set on that experience.
For example:
Blue may represent half-day trips
Green may represent full-day trips
The colors shown will depend on how the organization has set up its experiences.
