When a client receives a pay request or invoice reminder, the email itself is brief — typically showing an invoice number and a Pay Invoice button. Once they click through, they land on a detailed invoice page that gives them everything they need.
What Clients See on the Invoice Page
After clicking Pay Invoice, clients are taken to a booking invoice page that includes:
Outfitter name — shown in the top header so they know who the booking is with
Booking number — for reference (e.g., #0000001)
Experience name — the specific trip they booked (e.g., "Full Day Fishing Trip")
Trip date — clearly displayed with the date and duration (e.g., "Apr 7, 2026 · All day")
Guest count — number of persons and units in the booking
Invoice summary — subtotal, balance paid, outstanding balance, fees, and remaining payment due
When Clients Have Multiple Bookings
Clients receive a separate invoice email for each booking — if the outfitter chooses to send them. The Invoices tab makes it easy for them to manage everything in one place.
Invoices
Clients can get a full picture of all their bookings by clicking the Invoices tab at the top of their invoice page. From there, they can see every invoice associated with their account and filter by Active or Past invoices to narrow things down.
Importantly, the invoice list also shows the itinerary date for each booking — so clients can identify which trip each invoice belongs to before clicking into it or making a payment.
Tips for multi-trip clients:
Give clients a heads-up. Let them know they'll receive separate invoice emails for each booking and that they can review the Invoices tab to see everything in one place.
Point them to the invoice list. The itinerary date is visible right from the list, making it easy to identify each booking at a glance.
For clients with multiple bookings, a quick heads-up goes a long way — letting them know what to expect and where to find their trip details before they pay.
