Display settings let you control how pricing and contact information appear to customers on your online booking pages.
To access Display settings, go to Trip Calendar → Online Availability Settings → Manage online booking → Display settings.
Hide price on group listing
When enabled, experience cards on the group page will not show a price. This is useful if you prefer to quote pricing directly or if rates vary.
Show outfitter's phone number on request to book
When enabled, customers can view and call your outfitter directly when submitting a booking request.
Price display format
Choose how prices are shown to customers on your booking pages. There are two options:
Per person (Recommended) — Shows the per-person price. Clean and simple, matches common industry formatting. Example: $194.44 / person
Experience configuration driven — Uses the native pricing format for each experience type. Variable group shows "starting at" the base price, flat group shows the total for the group, and per-person shows the rate per person. Example: starting at $350.00
