You can control how trips from an outfitter come to you — accept them all automatically, require a request before each one, or set a time-based window. You'll find this option when an outfitter has set their assignment mode to By guide's preference.
Where to find it
In the app, go to the Me tab, tap Outfitters, and choose the outfitter. If they've set their assignment mode to By guide's preference, you'll see options for how you accept their assignments.
Your options
Always Accept — all trips from this outfitter are direct assigned to you, no confirmation needed.
Always Requested — every assignment requires you to accept it first, no matter how far out the trip is.
Set requested window — trips within a set number of hours before the trip start require you to accept; beyond that window, they're direct assigned automatically.
These options only appear when the outfitter has set their assignment mode to By guide's preference. If an outfitter uses a different mode, that setting applies and you won't be able to choose how their assignments come through.
