The business model setting tells Brindlechute how your organization operates so the platform can show the right tools for your workflow. It is found in the Account settings section of your Organization Settings.

To access the setting, click your organization's logo in the top-left corner, then select Settings. Scroll down to Account settings and find What's your business model? After making a selection, click Update to save your changes.

Not sure which to choose? If your team ever assigns guides to trips, use Default. Booking agent only is intended for concierge desks, hotels, and lodges that book trips operated by partner outfitters.
